Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Surgical Device Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to healthcare providers in the Eastern New England Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training to retinal surgeons on the introduction of SUSVIMO into the market.
- Maintain high retention rates of current accounts through outstanding service.
- Participate in the formulation of national marketing strategies for PDS and execute local tactics.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in surgical device procedure training.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent surgical device industry experience.
- Proficient in GCP (Good Clinical Practice), Adverse Event reporting and ICH (International Conference on Harmonization of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years selling experience in biotech industry/pharmaceutical or biotech field sales.
- Class III Medical Device experience.
- Ophthalmology therapeutic area experience.
