About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Crew Member at Sonic Drive-In. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Perform tasks as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling
Requirements
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
