About the Role

At Ulta Beauty, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Expert - Brow Waxing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our beauty services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality brow waxing and beauty services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Brow Waxing and Beauty Services: Perform high-quality brow waxing and beauty services, including eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty products and trends, and provide expert recommendations to guests.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Experience Manager and other team members to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology or esthetics license preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a focus on brow waxing and beauty services.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.
