Position Overview:
Drift on Lake Wylie is seeking a dedicated and skilled server to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly manner.
• Assist guests with menu selections and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
• Process orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and table settings.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food service role is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capability to manage cash transactions effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.

Compensation:
Competitive pay up to $40 per hour, based on experience.
