About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Parkview North Hospital. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their maximum potential and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical therapy needs, including those with neurological, musculoskeletal, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on exercises and therapeutic home programs to promote continued progress and independence.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Indiana as a physical therapist.
  • CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
  • Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association is preferred.
