About the Role

This senior-level position involves providing advanced technical support and guidance to our clients. The successful candidate will possess excellent critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to documentation.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $50-75k, full medical benefits, annual bonuses, 18 days of PTO, and a 401K plan with a 4% match.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer client networks, including server management, Active Directory, and Firewall configuration.
  • Design and implement automation solutions using scripting tools or software.
  • Develop and maintain remote access infrastructure, including VPN, Remote Desktop, and RemoteApp.
  • Provide high-level troubleshooting and support for complex networking issues.
