We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team at Konikoff Dentistry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of clinical duties, including cleaning teeth and examining oral areas for signs of disease.
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and health.
- Take and develop x-rays as needed.
- Apply fluoride or sealants to prevent oral disease.
- Registered Dental Hygienist licensure in Virginia.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- X-Ray certification required, local anesthesia preferred.
Monday: 8am-6pm (every other week), Tuesday-Friday: 8am-5pm, and 1 Saturday per month: 8am-12pm.
Compensation and Benefits$45-$49/hour plus monthly incentive bonus. Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, and paid time off.
