Airport Ambassador

Pacific Aviation is looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to fill the position of Airline Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional passenger experiences at San Francisco International Airport.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to passengers from diverse backgrounds
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless airport experiences and efficient service delivery
• Be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and shift schedules

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $54,000 per year

• This part-time service role requires strong communication skills, with fluency in English; a second language is an advantage
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required; however, computer literacy with fast and accurate data entry skills is essential
• Calmness and ability to find solutions, even when busy or under stress, are critical for success in this role
• Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week, including weekends and holidays, is required
