We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RN Manager to lead our Labor and Delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating goals and objectives, communicating with staff and department heads, and ensuring compliance with current laws.

Responsibilities:
  • Create goals and objectives for the department and ensure they are met by the staff.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and department heads.
  • Keep and organize records of the facility.
  • Recruit and train nurses and other health professionals.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as an RN Manager in the job specialty.
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
  • Current state-specific RN license in good standing, or a compact state RN license in good standing.
  • BLS certification required.
  • ACLS certification required.
  • May require other certifications.
