Job Title: Pediatric Homecare LPN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Pediatric Homecare LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to children in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and plan patient care to meet individual needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to healthcare team
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements:
  • Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Experience working with pediatric patients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
