Job Overview

Position Title: Salesperson

Role Summary:
We are in search of a motivated and results-oriented Salesperson to become a vital part of our energetic sales division. In this role, you will be tasked with generating new business leads, engaging with prospective clients, and successfully closing sales transactions. Your primary objective will be to enhance the overall growth and prosperity of Keller Motors by meeting revenue goals and cultivating robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Discover and pursue new sales avenues through diverse methods, including cold outreach, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and competitors, identifying potential clients and anticipating their needs.
- Execute compelling product demonstrations to effectively showcase our offerings, emphasizing their unique advantages and benefits.
- Establish and nurture strong connections with both existing and prospective clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Craft and present tailored sales proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and optimal revenue generation.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-departmental teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to guarantee a smooth customer journey and promote a unified sales approach.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation, including customer interactions, leads, and opportunities, utilizing CRM software effectively.
- Stay informed about industry advancements, market dynamics, and emerging trends to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge in sales.

Performance Expectations:
- Achieve and surpass sales targets, regularly assess performance metrics, and provide timely updates to the sales manager to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Salesperson or in a comparable sales position, ideally within the relevant sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a talent for building rapport and trust with clients.
- Results-driven mindset, with a strong ambition to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in utilizing CRM and other sales-related tools and systems.

Compensation Structure:
The Salesperson role offers a competitive pay scale, including a base hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $17.05. Additionally, commission compensation is available based on the value of closed sales, with no upper limit tied to sales performance. There may also be a production bonus based on individual or team achievements, with potential earnings starting from $0.00.
