We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Data Analyst/Report Writer to join our team at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. As a key member of our HR Analytics and Applications team, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our organizational objectives by creating comprehensive reports and providing insights on workforce data trends and patterns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely reports to support stakeholder requirements
  • Participate in the implementation of analytics and process improvement efforts to execute the organization's strategy
  • Analyze and report on staffing initiatives, including turnover/attrition, staff demographics, and hiring performance
  • Convert complex data into visually appealing presentations for audiences at all levels, including dashboard creations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs and opportunities
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of HR business systems analysis experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or other relevant field
  • Workday Report Writing experience
  • Workday HCM experience
  • Basic knowledge of HR system domains, data structures, and reporting
  • Minimum of two years of statistical modeling/analysis experience
  • Experience in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and/or Visier
