Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at WEIS LLC. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing cakes and other bakery products that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and decorate cakes and other bakery products using a variety of techniques and materials
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operation of the bakery department
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries as needed
• Participate in inventory management and ordering of supplies
• Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards customers, providing excellent customer service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in decorating or a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
