About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Mercy Health Rehabilitation Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to address patient needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal health outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing program
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
