Job Summary:

The MLB Workforce is seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Provider to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Primary Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing excellent primary care services in an advanced clinical setting with a strong clinical support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and disease management.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • MD/DO or NP or PA from an approved medical/osteopathy/nursing school.
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited residency program in family medicine/family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, or internal medicine/pediatrics.
  • PA or NP must have 18 months of primary care experience.
  • Will hire MD's right out of residency.
  • Must be board certified at hire and will be expected to maintain appropriate board certification and licensure.
  • Bi-Lingual Skills English/Spanish Preferred

Compensation:

  • MD/DO: $200k - $250k / Year
  • NP or PA: $130k - $150k / year
