Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Rebar Fabrication Supervisor to lead our fabrication shop team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily work assignments, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient workflow and safety standards.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and location.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience in a rebar shop or manufacturing setting, with two years of previous supervisor experience. You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily work assignments and supervising staff
  • Ensuring safe and efficient workflow, adhering to company policy and regulations
  • Performing quality inspections of completed work
  • Assisting in employee evaluations and compensation decisions
  • Operating various shop equipment, including shears, benders, cranes, and fork-lifts

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • OSHA 10 certificate
  • At least five years of experience in a rebar shop or manufacturing setting
  • Two years of previous supervisor experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to operate all shop equipment
