Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and store materials, tools, and equipment in a safe and organized manner
  • Operate manual or mechanical devices to move materials and supplies
  • Read production schedules, customer orders, and work orders to determine items to be moved
  • Assort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequences
  • Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or stock items
  • Record material items received or distributed
  • Maintain inventory records and perform routine housekeeping tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy in Google Workspace
  • Forklift operation experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
