Job Summary

We are seeking a Recreation Leader to provide operational and customer service assistance with youth and adult athletic programs, community center activities, events, and field/gym rentals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support for athletic programs, including rule and policy enforcement for various sports and leagues.
  • Assist with general grounds maintenance, center maintenance, and routine custodial duties.
  • Monitor and maintain facilities, including restrooms and grounds.
  • Support event and tournament operations, including setup and teardown.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth program operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in recreation or a related field preferred.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
