Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery

Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team in Labor and Delivery at a top-rated hospital in Pomona, California.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Travel Nurse RN to provide high-quality patient care in Labor and Delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labor and Delivery, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in Labor and Delivery, including assessing patients, developing care plans, and implementing interventions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Participate in hospital-wide initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record.
Requirements:
  • Current CA RN license.
  • 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
  • Vaginal exam ability/experience, baby care ability/experience, and experience with 300 births.
  • BLS, AWHONN Advanced, NRP Advanced, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) certifications.
