Job Summary

Lightspeed Construction Group is seeking a highly skilled Aerial Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating construction efforts, supervising maintenance and rebuild of underground projects, and ensuring the safety and quality of our crew.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train workers in construction methods, operation of equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Record information such as personnel, production, or operational data on specified forms or reports.
  • Provide assistance to workers engaged in construction or extraction activities.
  • Arrange for repairs of equipment or machinery.
  • Suggest or initiate personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, or hires.
  • Knowledge of machines and tools within CATV construction, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within CATV construction.
  • Class "A" CDL License preferred.
  • Able to safely operate Aerial construction equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety standards.
  • Must know strand, coax, and fiber.

Working Conditions:

Field environment, flexibility of schedule.
