Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Associates to join our team at Equinox Holdings, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and supporting other departments as needed. A minimum of one year in customer service or related experience is required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent work experience. Key responsibilities include professionally greeting members and guests, scanning membership IDs, answering phones, and responding to member inquiries.
