Maintenance Technician

Herbruck Poultry Ranch is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Processing facilities. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery.

1. Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machines, conveyors, and supporting equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
2. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of equipment, parts, and supplies, and order replacements as needed.
3. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and guidance to production staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
4. Quality Control: Monitor and correct situations that activate the HACCP alarming control system to ensure compliance with quality standards.
5. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest maintenance techniques and technologies to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with production staff and other maintenance team members to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
7. Electrical Experience: Possess electrical experience and knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
8. Egg Grading Experience: Previous experience in egg grading maintenance is preferred.
