Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA) to join our team at Barre Gardens Nursing and Rehab. As an LNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents with various needs, including therapeutic, neuro, and dementia care, as well as dialysis, IV therapy, and wound care.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, in accordance with their established care plans.
  • Ensure residents are out of bed according to their care plans and interact with them, their families, and other staff members in a supportive and non-judgmental manner.
  • Collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the care plan and meet the needs of our residents.
Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Active LNA certification, having completed a state-approved training program and necessary examination.
  • Documentation of certification required upon application.
