Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead systems engineering initiatives and acquisition processes, ensuring alignment with the Air Force's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and refine systems while integrating cutting-edge technological advancements.
  • Establish trust with clients through effective design, development, and evolution of systems.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of engineering experience within the Air Force or Department of Defense.
  • In-depth knowledge of DoD acquisition methodologies and system program office functions.
  • Familiarity with Airworthiness, OSS&E, and Systems Engineering protocols.
  • Possession of a Top Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with MIL-HDBK-516C and AFI 63-101/20-101 standards.
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple projects and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Top Secret clearance is mandatory.

  • For remote or hybrid roles, you may work from a Booz Allen or client site facility periodically.
  • For onsite roles, in-person collaboration with colleagues and clients will be required as necessary.
