Physical Therapist

HealthPRO Heritage is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at the Riviere de Soleil Community Care Center in Mansura, Louisiana.

About the Role

• Patient Assessment and Treatment: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility, and provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments to enhance functionality and alleviate pain.
• Documentation and Collaboration: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, and work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care.

Requirements

• Education and Licensure: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
• Skills and Abilities: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
