Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity to work as a Maintenance Support Specialist, responsible for performing diversified maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities


  2. Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment, to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  3. Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas, including floors, carpets, and hard surfaces, to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  4. Clean entire restrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors, using disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, and restock supplies as needed.
  5. Remove trash and recyclables, and clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  6. Sweep and/or wet mop floors to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  7. Ensure all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area to maintain a secure environment.
  8. Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly to maintain a organized working environment.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, such as special projects and tasks, to support the success of the team.


Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or cleaning role preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and work effectively in a fast-paced environment required.

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 401(k) matching.
