  • Direct customers and answer telephones in a friendly and professional manner;

  • Propose add-on sales to customers by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products;
  • Check and retrieve merchandise from storage areas as needed;
  • Clean, restock, and organize merchandise on the sales floor to maintain a visually appealing store environment;
