We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Food Preparation: Prepare food and beverages to meet customer expectations, adhering to food safety standards and quality control guidelines.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and support each other in meeting customer needs.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient operations.
• Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing customer needs and priorities.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing customer needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
