Electrical/Solar Foreman Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical/Solar Foreman to lead our construction and solar projects throughout Colorado. This is a direct hire position with benefits and a steady workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule crew members and electricians
  • Oversee safety programs and provide toolbox talks
  • Complete tasks assigned by the Project Manager in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with the crew as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in solar field work is preferred
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
