About the Job

We are currently seeking an experienced LPN to join our team at one of our locations in Lebanon, PA. This is a full-time position that requires 40 hours of work per week. However, we also offer part-time opportunities for 24 hours of work per week.

The successful candidate will have a valid LPN license in Pennsylvania, as well as current certifications in CPR and any other required clearances. A physical/fit-for-duty exam and TB test will be required within the first year of employment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee personal care and ensure a safe, clean environment for individuals.
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), feeding, and positioning.
  • Monitor and record health status; administer medication and treatments.
  • Maintain medical supplies and equipment; assist with physician rounds.
  • Transcribe orders and communicate changes to Health Services Supervisor/Director/QIDP.
  • Update parents on medical changes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate medical records.
  • Participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  • Attend required meetings, in-services, and training sessions.
Requirements
  • Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania (waivered LPN not accepted).
  • Preferred experience working with intellectually and physically challenged individuals.
  • Successful completion of FBI, PA State Police, and Child Abuse clearances.
