Medical Surgical Unit Nurse - Per Diem Opportunity

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate CNA/Patient Care Tech to join our Medical Surgical Unit team on a per diem basis. As a member of our team, you will provide safe, competent nursing assistant care to our patients and support the healthcare team in delivering high-quality patient care.

**Responsibilities:**

- Complete bedside shift report in the room at the beginning and end of each shift
- Ensure patient is provided with the names and contact numbers for members of the care team on the communication board every shift
- Meet with Supervising RN at the beginning of each shift to receive delegation of tasks
- Involve the patient and family in care planning and decision-making
- Follow facility policies and procedures to promote patient safety

**Requirements:**

- Graduate of an accredited C.N.A program
- Current Nevada C.N.A. license
- Current BLS certificate
- Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting
