    • Anticipate and plan for admission, discharge, and transfer needs, ensuring efficient patient flow and minimizing delays
    • Utilize effective communication and documentation tools to facilitate seamless care transitions and ensure accurate information exchange
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize patient throughput, reducing wait times and improving overall patient satisfaction
  • Ensure a Safe and Healthy Environment
    • Identify and mitigate potential safety risks, implementing strategies to prevent errors and ensure patient safety
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices to promote patient safety and well-being
    • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required
      • 2 years of combined experience in MedSurg and either Critical Care or Emergency Department required
    • Licenses and Certifications
      • RN License in state of employment or compact required
      • BLS certification required
    • Work Schedule and Type
      • 7PM - 7AM work schedule
      • Full-time position
