The Fennec is seeking a skilled Dishware Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our cafe and dishwashing areas.

Responsibilities:

* Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment used in the cafe
* Operate dishwashing machines and pot-washing equipment
* Maintain a clean and organized dish storage area and utensil rack
* Ensure all levels of sanitizer on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards
* Air dry all wares before storing
