As a CNA with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities: Help residents with mobility, personal hygiene, toileting, feeding, and other activities of daily living.
- Monitoring residents' vital signs: Check temperature, blood pressure, and other vital signs, and report any abnormal events to supervising staff.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment: Keep residents' rooms and common areas clean and hygienic, and report any safety concerns to supervising staff.
To be a successful CNA with IntelyCare, you'll need:
- Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification: Ensure you have the necessary certification to work as a CNA in Massachusetts.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures: Have a solid understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures to provide high-quality patient care.
- Effective communication and organizational skills: Be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff, and have strong organizational skills to manage your time and prioritize tasks.
