**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive clinical demand and provide training to retinal surgeons on PDS usage before, during, and after procedures.

- Participate in the formulation of national marketing strategies for PDS and execute local tactics.
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience in surgical device procedure training
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Proficiency in GCP, Adverse Event reporting, and ICH
