- Document patient care, treatment, and response to treatment, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans, promoting patient-centered care.
- Provide health education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to manage their mental health and well-being.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, with a strong foundation in psychiatric nursing.
- Licensed RN to practice in Kentucky, with current CPR certification.
- At least one year of experience in inpatient behavioral health work, with a strong understanding of psychiatric nursing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
