We are a high-paced litigation firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. Our team of dedicated professionals is committed to upholding the highest standards of legal excellence.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Medical Malpractice Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical malpractice law, excellent litigation skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients who have been harmed by medical negligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate potential medical malpractice cases to determine their viability.
  • Meet with clients to discuss their cases, provide legal advice, and outline the legal process.
  • Represent clients in court, including conducting trials, hearings, and depositions.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and legal arguments.
  • Prepare and file all necessary legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with current laws and regulations related to medical malpractice.
  • Prepare and draft legal memorandums on behalf of clients.
  • Assist lead partners with deposition prep, prepping expert witnesses, and taking depositions of defense experts.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in personal injury law, with a minimum of 5 years, and medical malpractice experience preferred.
  • License to practice law in Florida.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
  • Familiarity with Florida Circuit Civil Cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and expert witnesses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
