  • Competitive Salary $94-102K with a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • Monday Through Friday Day Shift
  • Directs daily operations of the assigned unit to ensure quality service in alignment with current nursing standards, FutureCare policies, and applicable State and Federal regulations.
  • Oversees daily care and maintains restorative health for our residents.
  • Develops and executes resident care plans as necessary.
  • Assesses, prioritizes, and addresses the care needs of each resident.
  • Supervises, mentors, and manages nursing staff performance to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Collaborates with the Director of Nursing and Physicians to strategize and uphold resident care.
  • Identifies procedural challenges and partners with the Director of Nursing to address concerns.
  • Supervises and directs all clinical aspects of nursing practice and engages in clinical activities.
  • Acts as a primary contact between residents and their families, addressing and mitigating concerns that may arise.
  • Conducts audits and completes charting, evaluations, medical forms, and other administrative responsibilities.
**Qualifications**

  • Must possess an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution is strongly preferred.
  • 1-3 years of managerial experience and demonstrated leadership skills are advantageous.
  • Previous experience providing care for residents in an acute or long-term healthcare facility.
  • Must hold a current CPR certification.
