SysMind Tech is seeking a SailPoint Lead Developer to join our team. Based in Minneapolis, MN, this role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 per year.

This Senior Java Developer position requires 5+ years of experience in Sailpoint IdentityIQ with exposure to Java, customer-facing roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.

The successful candidate will possess strong thought leadership, envisioning, and solutioning skills, with an ability to draw big pictures while detailing lower-level functional issues. Experience with database management systems (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL), XML, SQL, J2EE/Java EE 5 Application Server (Tomcat, WebSphere, or WebLogic), and programming/web technologies (Java/BeanShell, JavaScript, SPML/SOAP, JSF, Log4j) is essential.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell) and be able to 'listen' and empathize with clients' situations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as good leadership skills, self-driven abilities, and strong project management principles.
