Job Overview

As a Delivery Associate with AKM Logistics LLC - Fairview, you will play a vital role in delivering smiles to customers across the region. This is a unique opportunity to work independently, make a difference in your community, and enjoy a great company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load bundles of packages, weighing up to 50lbs, into a delivery van
  • Drive a delivery van across a multitude of locations
  • Follow designated delivery instructions for customers
  • Communicate with customers to ensure that deliveries are completed when customers are not present
  • Follow safety guidelines for driving and delivering packages
  • Take pictures of vans at the end of your shift to analyze any damage caused on route

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment
  • Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Driving experience with larger vehicles is preferred but not required
  • Package handling experience preferred but not required

Work Environment:

  • Full-time and Part-time positions available
  • 30 - 40 hours a week
  • 10 hour shifts, but can be shorter depending on your work performance
  • No night shifts
