We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Nursing Education Specialist to join our team at Community Health Network. As a key member of our Clinical Education department, you will be responsible for providing education and training to nursing caregivers across our network of facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality education programs to support the Critical Care Service-Line
- Collaborate with nursing staff to identify learning needs and develop targeted training initiatives
- Design and implement orientation programs for new nursing staff
- Conduct regular in-services and other educational sessions to support nursing caregivers
- Participate in network committees and initiatives to advance nursing education and practice
- Graduate degree in Nursing (MSN, MBA, MHA, MPH, or related advanced degree) or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of recent experience in a critical care or acute care setting as an RN
- Current Indiana RN license
