Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food products are prepared and served to our members.

• Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve a variety of food products, including hot and cold items, to meet the needs of our members.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized food preparation and serving area, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting.
• Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, such as a Food Handler's Card.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
