What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for delivering our cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal fanbase in a timely and safe fashion. This includes checking orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store, using our delivery app to track orders, and providing accurate status updates to customers. You'll also need to provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers.

Desired Skills and Experience

To excel in this role, you'll need:
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store (a plus)
  • A smartphone with data plan
  • Must have your own bike in working order
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be 18 years or older to be employed
