Supplemental Health Care is seeking a highly skilled School Psychologist to provide mental health support and educational services to students in a school setting. As a School Psychologist with our company, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students and families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide counseling and support to students to help them overcome emotional and behavioral challenges.
- Assess the academic and cognitive needs of students and develop strategies to improve their learning outcomes.
- Work with students to improve their social and communication skills, and assist them with problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Administer academic and cognitive assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness, and provide comprehensive reports to parents and educators.
- Present eligibility criteria and interpret test data to the multidisciplinary school team and student guardians.
- Master's degree in School Psychology or equivalent experience with a bachelor's degree.
- North Carolina School Psychologist License.
- 1 year of recent relevant experience preferred.
