Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Technician to join our team at Paragon Staffing, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating injection molding machines, ensuring high-quality production, and maintaining a safe working environment. Responsibilities:
- Operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products.
- Monitor and control machine settings to ensure optimal production.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent machine downtime.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Collaborate with production team members to achieve production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in injection molding operations.
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with colleagues.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
