About the Role

As a skilled Inventory Management Coordinator, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory systems. With a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate change management with cross-functional groups to ensure all ICNs are updated in SAP and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Process internal inventory documents to maintain accuracy due to scrap tags or substitutions from the production floor.
  • Review inventory reports to reconcile errors, conduct root cause analysis, and implement countermeasures to prevent future errors.
  • Lead discussions with cross-functional teams to share cycle count information and drive engagement and actions.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction by recommending and implementing new technologies and measures.
  • Participate in kaizen and drive continuous improvement throughout the factory.
  • Conduct and participate in safety observation tours and audits, adhering to local safety directives and policies.


What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
