New Grad Nurse Critical Care Float Pool Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate New Grad RN to join our Critical Care Float Pool team at Centerpoint Medical Center. As a Critical Care Float Pool RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to work in various critical care areas, including the Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, and Progressive Care Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s).
- Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient response, and notify provider as needed.
- Provide exceptional patient care by responding promptly to patient requests and anticipating patient needs.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of employment.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with education complete by start date.
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State, with 90-day license grace period.
