Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our Accounting firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing general bookkeeping duties, providing administrative support to staff and owner as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration

We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, both written and oral, who is detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task efficiently. Proficiency in QuickBooks Pro, Excel, and Word is required, while public accounting experience is a plus.
