We are seeking a Full-Time RN for our Surgery Clinic.
Sign-On Bonus: $5000
The Clinic RN is responsible for providing nursing care in an outpatient setting, assisting healthcare providers with procedures, and ensuring efficient clinic operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Patient Care: Conducting patient intake, assessing vital signs, medications, and medical histories. Identifying risks and providing necessary care.
- Office Management: Performing administrative tasks such as inventory management, record-keeping, and scheduling.
- Satellite Clinics: Preparing documentation for offsite locations and coordinating schedules with multidisciplinary teams.
- Computer Skills: Utilizing software for patient chart preparation and electronic medical records.
- Educational Needs: Applying teaching principles to address the educational needs of patients and families.
- Critical Thinking: Evaluating and responding to unexpected situations with sound judgment.
- Delegation: Assigning nursing tasks based on staff qualifications to ensure patient safety.
- Communication: Maintaining effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
Applicants must possess a Registered Nurse degree from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid nursing license in North Dakota or a compact state. CPR certification is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong knowledge, skills, and abilities relevant to nursing practice.
