Janitorial Specialist

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

• Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
• Clean entire restrooms by utilizing disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, restock restroom supplies as needed, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, and sweep and/or wet mop floors.
• Ensure all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area to maintain security and safety.
• Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly to maintain a clutter-free workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
